John L. Carey Scholarship This scholarship program provides financial assistance to liberal arts degree holders pursuing graduate studies in accounting. Target: All-Aound Scholarships Each year, Target awards more than 2,100 All–Around Scholarships — including four $10,000 national scholarships and two smaller scholarships for each Target store—to high school seniors and college students age 24 and younger. Scholarships recognize volunteer work as well as academic achievement, encouraging students to show us true enlightenment goes beyond what can be learned from textbooks. The scholarship deadline is November 1 each year.

AGI Minority Geoscience Scholarships The broad goal for the AGI Minority Participation Program is to maintain and increase incrementally the number of underrepresented ethnic-minority students in the geosciences. Recipients of AGI Minority Geoscience Scholarships are provided with financial awards ranging from $250 to $1,000 and given the opportunity to interact with a mentor from the geoscience community within our AGI MPP Advisory Committee.
ASM Minority Undergraduate Research Fellowship The American Society for Microbiology Minority Undergraduate Research Fellowship program (MURF) is aimed at highly competitive minority undergraduate students who wish to, and have demonstrated the ability to pursue graduate careers (PhD or MD/PhD) in microbiology. Students will have the opportunity to conduct full time summer research with an ASM member and present research results at the 2003 ASM General Meeting.
Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting ALPFA awards scholarships to undergraduate and graduate Latino students pursuing degrees in accounting, finance and related majors based on financial need and academic performance.
Black Student Fund Since 1964, the Black Student Fund (BSF) has provided financial assistance and support services to Washington metropolitan area African-American students, grades pre-kindergarten to 12, and their families. Although Black Student Fund programs focus on the hundreds of students we directly support annually, over the years, our scope has broadened to provide services that reach thousands in both the greater Washington, DC area and the nation.
Congressional Black Caucus Spouses Education Scholarship Fund In 1988, the CBC Spouses established the “Congressional Black Caucus Spouses Education Scholarship Fund,” as a response to consistent cuts in federal spending for education programs and scholarships. Any graduating high school senior planning to attend an accredited institution of higher education, or a full-time undergraduate, graduate or doctoral student with a minimum 2.5/4.0 GPA is eligible to apply for a scholarship. All applicants must reside or attend school in a Congressional district represented by an African American Member of Congress. Employees and/or relatives of CBC Members, CBC Spouses, the CBCF and/or General Mills are ineligible.
Development Fund for Black Students in Science and Technology The Development Fund for Black Students in Science and Technology (DFBSST) is an endowment fund which provides scholarships to African-American undergraduate students who enroll in scientific or technical fields of study at Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).
Gates Millenium Scholarship Fund The Gates Millennium Scholars (GMS), funded by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, was established in 1999 to provide outstanding African American, American Indian/Alaska Natives, Asian Pacific Islander Americans, and Hispanic American students with an opportunity to complete an undergraduate college education, in all discipline areas and a graduate education for those students pursuing studies in mathematics, science, engineering, education, or library science.
Hispanic College Fund The Hispanic College Fund awards scholarships to talented Hispanic students who wish to pursue a career in business. Our scholarships are targeted to Hispanic students who plan to complete an undergraduate college degree in business or technology related majors. Our mission is to develop the next generation of Hispanic business leaders by creating opportunities through scholarships and partnerships for Hispanic students who have demonstrated academic excellence and leadership potential.

National Action Council for Minorities in Engineering Scholarship NACME is widely known as the nation's largest private source of scholarships for African American, American Indian and Latino women and men in engineering. Over 15 percent of all minority engineering graduates since 1974 have received scholarship support from NACME and are now leaders in government, industry and academia.
The Jackie Robinson Foundation The Jackie Robinson Scholarship is for minority H.S. seniors who are accepted to a 4 year accredited institution and show leadership potential.
The Ron Brown Scholar Program The Ron Brown Scholar Program is a national program that awards scholarships to academically talented, highly motivated African-American high school seniors who intend to pursue undergraduate degrees full-time. The Program honors the late Ronald H. Brown, Secretary of Commerce during the Clinton administration. These scholarships are reserved for exceptional individuals who share Brown’s traits of excellence, leadership, commitment to public service, and desire to make a difference. In addition, applicants must demonstrate financial need.
Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund In 1967, a historical event took place in our nation that changed the face of the United States Supreme Court. That year, Thurgood Marshall became the first African American appointed to serve as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. In 1987 – exactly 20 years from his historic appointment, in the absence of a national effort to support exceptional merit scholars attending America’s Historically Black Public Colleges and Universities, the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund was established. Today, 45 schools are member colleges and universities of the Fund.
